This is my most all time favourite dish that my grandma (dadima ) used to make . I literally caused a stink if I didn’t get these ! Bateta champ ! What is that you ask ? Think of it as a savory spicy meat filled potato covered mini pie fried to golden perfection. I lenjoy eating my Bateta champ with ketchup and hot sauce !!! It brings back so many childhood memories.
