t’s always a good day for smoothies … and today is one of those days ! I love smoothies and am always looking for great combos to try .. here’s one my kids really enjoy .. you can sneak in things in there and they won’t even notice.
Ingredients
⁃ Handful of spinach
⁃ 1 cup blueberries ( or as much as you like )
⁃ 1 frozen sliced banana
⁃ Splash of maple syrup (adjust to your taste ) or use any sweetener
⁃ Almond milk ( add until desired consistency )
Method
⁃ Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve cold.
