⁃ 1 can condensed milk
⁃ 1 can evaporated milk
⁃ 1 large can of mango pulp
⁃ 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
⁃ Pinch of saffron strands
⁃ Crushed pistachio and almonds and more for garnish
- Blend everything in a blender until smooth.2.
- Pour into kulfi or popsicle moulds or a container.
- Freeze until set
** If using a container , cover with foil before closing the lid ** •
