Snack like a boss ! I love munching on nuts and seeds throughout the day but I do love them even more when they’re jazzed up . So here’s an easy air fryer masala kaju ( cashew) recipe that l wanted to share . You can play around with the spices and use any type of nuts you like.
⁃ 1-2 tbsp olive oil ( enough to lightly coat all cashews)
⁃ 2 cups cashews or any nut
⁃ 1 tsp garlic powder
⁃ 1 tsp paprika
⁃ 1/2 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
⁃ Salt to taste
⁃ 1/2 tsp chaat masala (optional )
- Mix all ingredients together
- Place them inside the Air fryer and roast them for 5 mins on 350F degrees toss with a clean dry spoon and then reduce the temperature to 250F degrees, roast the cashews for another 2 – 3 minutes.
- Keep a close eye on them as they burn fast
- Remove, cool and store in a cool dry container.
***cashews will become crunchier as it cools ***
