I love this Indian sweet so much! It only takes a few ingredients and literally 10 mins! If you’re a fan of Indian sweets then make sure to give this a try. Perfect for Eid or any special occasion.
⁃ 1 1/4 cup milk powder
⁃ Ghee – 1/8 cup
⁃ Milk – 1/4 cup
⁃ 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
⁃ Saffron few strands
⁃ Nuts sliced
• Heat ghee in a nonstick pan or pot and add milk powder, milk and mix. Saute for 30 seconds to 1 min until it is well combined.
• Add in powdered sugar and mix well. In 1 to 2 min the ghee will start to leave the sides of the pan.
• Immediately pour it in a grease pan and top with saffron and nuts.
• Leave to cool for 5 mins. Slice and serve.
