Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates- soaked in warm water for 10 minutes, then drained.
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 3/4 cup pecans or nuts of your choice
- 1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until it comes together.
- Press the mixture firmly into a parchment lined pan.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
- Remove firm mixture from the pan by taking the parchment paper out and cut into desired size bars. Enjoy!
