This has got to be the most convenient snack or lunch idea ! It’s super fast to put together , and satisfies that pizza craving ! And if you love pizza , then this is for you !! Made from ingredients that are easily accessible and even easier to assemble . So many variations to this recipe as well. You add your own toppings too ! Pizza pull-apart bread!
Ingredients
⁃ 2 cans pillsbury biscuits- cut each biscuit circled in quarters
⁃ 1/4 cup olive oil
⁃ 1-2 cups pepperoni ( I used halal beef pepperoni)- cut in halves
⁃ 1 tbsp oregano seasoning
⁃ 1 tbsp dried parsley
⁃ 1 tsp garlic powder
⁃ 1/2 tsp pepper
⁃ 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese ( amount depends on how cheesy you want it – I ended up adding 1 cup more 😉
⁃ 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese grated
⁃ Optional ingredients
** olives, onions , chilli flakes ( basically anything you love on your pizza )
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a separate large bowl . Mix all ingredients together . Ensuring everything is covered in oil
- Place the mixture in a Bundt pan
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or until golden – endure all biscuits are cooked
- Let rest for 5 minutes – loosen edges of the pan and invert pan onto a severing dish
- Serve with marinara dipping sauce
