Ingredients
- 1 Medium beet roasted
- 1 Can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp water (more if needed for thinning)
- 2-3 garlic cloves ( roasted for more bolder flavour if desired)
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Add more water if desired for thinner consistency. Garnish with herbs or seeds. Enjoy!
